Roots and Shoots—A Parent-Child Program
The Waldorf School of Mendocino County Parent-Child Program provides education and resources for parents and their children from ages one to three. Participants come together in an inviting environment that echoes the rhythms of a Waldorf Early Childhood classroom, where young children are encouraged to explore their experience of the world through imaginative play. These meetings offer parents a place to connect, to discuss child development and parenting techniques, create seasonal arts and crafts, and to learn about Waldorf education with an experienced classroom teacher.
